Hey im after one of these shifters in the photo, i could also do with an r33 selector bit that has the gears on it that lights up that the shifter fits into, mine has a crack in it.

Guys, I'm after a stock shifter for a R33 box, and also the rubber boot (upper, lower and metal ring) that bolts to the transmission tunnel. Prefer pickup so I can see what im buying, wollongong/sydney/nowra area. Cheers

I want to put an extended shifter in my 32 GTR track car as the stock one is too short. Something like this: Is there any off the shelf items for a GTR? Or do I need to get it custom made? Anyone know someone in Sydney who could knock it up? Would I need a short shifter kit or would the stock one be ok? Thanks

so this just happened. i must been shifting to hard it selects gears fine no grinds or crunches just very loose. i have taken the shifter out but i cant seem to see any thing wrong with it. any ideas or suggestions ? thanks

Out of ignorance and laziness i have found myself in a predicament where I cannot remove the shifter for the life of me I had already removed my shifter and wanted to put the car in gear, so i tried to quickly reassemble by just pushing the nylon shifter bushing into its hole without any collars or circlips etc, not realizing the bushing can come out of the bottom of the hole if pushed too deep, and of course, it did. Now the bushing is pivoting freely under the hole it operates in and ive spent hours trying to slide it back through without any luck or any sign that I am close. Can anybody tell me if its even possible to slide back through, or should I be going about this a different way?

Hey guys just recently purchased a nismo short shifter, but having a little bit of trouble removing the old one, im not too sure one i get to the stage of the c-clip, is it just the c-clip, or is that whole alloy surround coming off with it? any help would be greatly appreciated !!!

Hey, Wanting to know if anyone could post a pic or confirm how the shifter should sit in the hole in the tunnel. I have an RB25DET Neo from a Stagea with a cut down 4wd sump mounted with brackets and mounts that came with engine. Its in an R32 sedan that was factory auto, with R33 RB25DET gearbox using an “A” stamp gearbox mount. The engine and gearbox mounts line up with the factory positions perfectly but the shifter sits forward of the centre of the hole and looks too high. (Will get a pic asap) Cheers

Hi Guys, I bought all this recently but no longer going ahead with the project so it needs to go. This is pretty much a manual conversion if you add a clutch pedal otherwise it comes with everything you could possibly need. All was running fine when pulled from the car with no crunches or noises.
