Intro from an R31 fan Hello all, I've had my fair share of the R31 bug for a long time now. I started out with an 89 executive, bought another 89 and ended up with an 86 Silhouette project car. I've had plenty of good times with the old R31's and many headaches from 365,000+ Ks on the old daily. I finally parted with my first 89 a few years ago now because I needed the time to work on my project car. I probably spent too much time and money on the 89 but it was a pretty nice car when I was done. Times have changed a bit now and I don't have the time to spend on the Silhouette. I joined up today so that I could post my Silhouette up for sale in the forums in the hopes that someone else wants to take it on. I hope you find some enjoyment in the photos of the old daily. hello First time poster on any sort of forum so please be nice! looking on advice/experiences people have had with pulsar turbos more specifically the 3576 or 3076, I’m building a r31 with a rb25det series 2 and wanting 300kw, I’m looking for a turbo that won’t come on until low to mid 3k rpm and full boost before or around 4K, only mods that may affect response that I have are top Mount mani and a FFP, thanks in advance

1986 R31 Silhouette parts and shell ex project Hello all, Up for sale is my 1986 R31 Silhouette ex project car in parts and with the shell. With 2 other cars and renovations, I no longer have time for this project. The engine and transmission have been pulled from the vehicle. The block has been completely dismantled, the head is untouched. There's 473862 K's on the clock. I have a few other spares including a stock cam shaft, ECU, auto trans computer, RB26 neo head (bought for an RB30DE build, may be a 25 head but don't remember) with adjustable exhaust pulley, RB30E stock exhaust manifold. I drove the car for about 6 months up until I started dismantling it, there were no problems with the transmission, engine, diff... etc but none of it has run for 6 years now. The trans shaft, RB26 cams and RB30 cam all turn by hand. The shell comes complete with the full Silhouette interior, wheels, body, LSD, driveshaft, suspension, bonnet, bumpers, A/C... etc. Slight bump on the passenger side of the rear bumper, otherwise the body is straight and the paint is good. It's been inside a garage underneath a cover, although it's got a bit of dust on it. The interior is in great condition, as far as I'm aware there aren't any tears in it, it's just a little dusty. The following items are for sale: 1986 R31 Silhouette shell, no engine, no transmission - $1000 5 speed manual transmission - $200 RB30E head - $150 RB30E intake manifold - $50 RB30E block and all/any internals - $50 RB30E stock camshaft - $50 RB26 Neo head with adjustable exhaust pulley - $600 RB30E exhaust manifold x 2 -$20 each 89 executive auto ECU - $80 89 executive auto trans computer - $50 Want the whole lot? - $1700 Want something not listed? I'll update the list if I find any hidden gems, but I've got the whole 89 Silhouette in parts and a bunch of spares from an 89 executive.
