  1. Hi Guys, The time has come to move on from this project and onto the next one. This is a heavily modified example of a 1993 Nissan 180SX with over 100k spent on the build. Detailed mods list is below as are photo's of how it currently sits. Car was featured in Fast Fours when it had the previous motor setup in it. BODY (over 30k spent on fab work alone which was all carried out by Roadrunner fabrications) 1993 Nissan 180SX Custom wheel tubs (suit the lines of the bay alot better then trailer guards) Rear guards cut higher to fit bigger wheels and metal flare to protect wide body Custom gearbox tunnel to give plenty of clearance to the RB25 gearbox allowing for easy removal of box Custom raised floor section for exhaust from firewall back allowing the dump pipe to tuck up above the chassis rail Custom removable front end rad support Completely seam welded front to rear CAMS spec weld in full cage cage goes through fire wall to strut towers aswell All holes in firewall welded up and smoothed over Genuine BN Blister full kit including front and rear guards (over 3.5k for the kit alone) Fiberglass vented bonnet Type x tail lights and cente panel Custom fixed headlight setup Custom cover over spare tyre well sealing fuel system off from the cabin Custom bash bar in place of front reo All sound deadening removed front to rear New windscreen (replaced after cage was done) Tinted windows Freshly resprayed gloss black outside and green inside ENGINE S15 SR20DET Tomei Easycams 256/264 10.5mm Tomei Rocker Arm Stoppers Custom rocker cover with twin -10 breathers Engine tested with even 160psi comp accross all 4 cylinders and 2% or less leakage per cylinder before going in TD06-20g 8cm rear with allow elbow welded on BRAE Steam pipe manifold Precision 46mm wastegate with screamer pipe Custom 3.5" exhaust tucked up as high as possible into twin 3.5" stainless tips. Has a removable muffler at the rear and is currently running as a straight through exhaust. Brand new Achilles ATR 265/35/18 rear Falken FK452 225/35/18 front (less than 50km old) INTERIOR/ELECTRONICS S15 dash S15 cluster Custom carbon fibre switch panel which contains all switches for the car including lights, indicators, window switches etc Carbon fibre door seals Saber 60mm water temp, oil temp, fuel pressure and oil pressure gauges with warnings and recall Turbosmart eBoost 2 AEM Wideband o2 gauge with sensor mounted in dump pipe Sparco Evo 2 fixed back drivers seat solid mounted to the floor Takata 4 point harness Vertex 330mm steering wheel (would like to keep this) with quick release boss kit Car has been completely rewired front to rear with no factory wiring reused. All wiring has been tucked and very little of it is visible. Battery mounted in battery box behind where passenger seat would be ENGINE ACCESSORIES/COOLING Custom 5L oil catch can with external drain Custom coolant overflow Custom power steering reservoir Saber 42mm radiator modified to allow 2 16" thermos to mount to the front of it Saber intercooler with modified end tanks flipped upside down and custom mounted just in front of radiator allowing for short intercooler piping Custom intercooler piping designed to be as short as possible Saber 17 row cooler PWR 12 row power steer cooler All the lines throughout the car are braided teflon and silicon vacum lines with speedflow fittings (over 5.5k spent on fittings and lines alone) PHOTOS And an old one with the previous seats in it to show the cage better Car is currently tuned for reliability making 270rwkw on 20 psi and is tuned on E85. The car is complied with no accident history and was registered until rego ran out. It can be registered again if you wish to with a blue slip. No corners have been cut on this build and everything is overkill for the power it is making which has been designed that way so it is as reliable as possible. I am after 36k which includes all 8 rims and a 2 year old 15 foot beaver tail trailer which the car gets onto at this height. Can sell without rims or trailer if need be.   4. I after a new or used fuel pressure regulator for my sr20det s14,must be a "rising rate" adjustable regulator and a gauge would be handy too. Can pickup around Brisbane or happy to pay postage.

It had a few mods already done to it * body kit (hated that) * wheels (18" by 8.5" +35 I think they were) * FMIC * Boost bleed valve * 3" exhaust with centre muffler It had a few rough points i.e broken side skirt, rough as fark front bar.   6. 3" stainless s13 exhaust with rb25det dump/front pipe. Has a dent and some scrape marks on base of mid muffler but is other wise in good condition,it's a quality custom job. I will sell the frontpipe separately if needed. It might fit s14/s15's,i'm not sure. Pickups from Runcorn South Brisbane or I can send with courier or drop it off locally. Asking $550 for the lot or $150 for the dump/front pipe,message me with an offer if you need it.

Japanese Spec-R 1999 model Nissan S15 200sx bare shell for sale, as it currently sits it is pictured rolling but IS SOLD BARE NOT ROLLING WITH NO INTERIOR/ NO WHEELS / NO BRAKES/ NO DRIVELINE PARTS/ NO INTERIOR ACCESSORIES SUCH AS POWER STEERING PUMP OR BRAKE MASTER / X MEMBER/ STEERING RACK ETC. Shell DOES COME WITH bare dash (damaged passenger side slightly) fuse box random plugs bits and pieces, hard brake lines, rear boot, doors, guards, comes with door cards but bare doors no windows/regulators/switches. Car has had a accident which resulted in getting the roof cut off to make removal of items easier, Vehicle was un-insured and ISNT listed on a written off vehicle scheme, it is registrable if fixed or good for parts, front radiator support has a bit of damage but fixable could be a good buy, still has bits and pieces of parts through out, rear quarter are slightly damaged one less then the other that could be usable as well, the shell also has a bare fuel tank with fuel feed but no fuel pump.   10. Up for sale is my beloved 1997 180sx type-x. Genuine kouki 180sx with low mileage and with all the right basic mods. Reason for sale is I need a more comfortable and decent daily driver and feel like a change. Car needs to go so all reasonable offers considered. just paid for 12 months rego until march 2013. rego included in price. $11500 ono. The car barely gets driven at all. The car is in very good mechanical condition, starts 1st go every time even in the cold, good oil pressure, no leaks what so ever at all. Gearbox very healthy and clutch is also in very good condition. There are a few faults which is understandable for a car of this age, however no major issues at all. All the mods were done by the previous owner, has all the right parts for a real good streeter or a good base to begin with for further modifications. Some things wrong with the car are that; front coilovers could do with replacing, short shifter rattles every now and then (chinese quality, easy replacement), rear bar paint slightly faded and could do with respray, few dents around body and rear gaurds could do with a respray as flare job done is cracking and chipping the paint. The car does need to go and the price is very good value. I am slightly negotiable and reasonable offers will not be ignored, low ballers will be ignored. only offers within reason. No swaps at all.   11. 1995 concord grey S14 200sx Luxury SR20DET manual Borrowed money from my parents to by a car and they were not happy when they saw I bought this car. Bought it as my first street project, but cuz it wasn't my money I have to now get rid of it No rego and no RWC. This is the luxury model, so comes with ABS, limited-slip diff, passenger airbag, and working sunroof. Seems to also have Blitz turbo timer, aftermarket suspension, and probably a few other mods. As for the bad, as far as I know it has a blown rocker cover gasket, leaking radiator and a few other leaks here and there. Car is a little rough around the edges inside and out, but engine is running fine and drives well too. Good for a project to get back on the street, get on the track, or part out. Don't care what you do with it, just need it gone. Bought an unregistered vehicle permit, so it can be driven home until you figure out what to do with it.   17. Power FC problems (sr20) Hello guys, I am new to this forum. I am just your average 21 year old dude who bought a Nissan 200sx S13 with a SR20DET and I did some modifications. I assume this is gonna be a long post, but please bear with me. So I started my car after 1.5 years and during those months I bought several parts. (Apexi Power FC Djetro, S15 turbo, 555cc nismo injectors and different things but that wont matter) Anyway, 2 days ago I started her up and it went great, except for getting the car to idle. It just WON'T idle at all. I found out that my injectors had the wrong latency. I did 66% and 0.72ms and it should've been 66% and 0.10ms? So I changed that and after a few resets and start ups it went great. First 10 minutes idle, amazing. 800-900rpm, car not shaking. Then I had to turn on the A/C which I dont have. I thought using the climate control and do some cold air would do the trick. Well I guess not. Car was doing weird things. 480rpm-900rpm over and over, here is a video; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZXVeiSi1y0 I don't know what to do. My map sensor and IAT are working fine. The car was idling fine but I had to complete te self-learning process. My defroster doesn't work either because some cables are missing. (I found some cables so I am gonna try it out tomorrow, it might work) Other things that you guys might find interesting; My O2 sensor stays at 0.0v, even at idle. I found out today that there is a fat O2 sensor in the elbow, and the redtop ECU uses a Skinny O2. (I had a black top ecu, so this is why there is a fat o2 in there. Black top = fat o2 || redtop = skinny o2) Can it be because of this? How much influence does the O2 sensor have when it comes to the self-learning process? Also, the car starts with boost control on. And I don't even have a boost controller. (I turned it off) My mod list: 555cc nismo gt28 turbo Apexi Power FC D-jetro Apexi powerfilter aftermarket IC HKS wastegate Mishimoto rad AEM Wideband (haven't hooked it up yet, I don't know much about this thing. Nissan Avenir PNW11 GT4-Z in the UK Hello folks, so, recently I picked up an Avenir GT4-Z for my missus to use as a daily, that we know of there is only 4 in the UK (2 of which I've driven, I test drove ours 3 years ago when it first came into the country funnily enough) we are having a few issues with finding information, mainly wiring diagram stuff. - I have access to FAST so finding part numbers hasn't been too much of an issue so far. I know with our Australian and New Zealand cousins being alot closer to Japan you tend to get some of these rare gems alot easier, and I know from my ridiculous amounts of time googling, that our Russian comrades quite like the Avenir's, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction of an appropriate english speaking forum where we might be able to find some information / wiring diagrams, or if indeed any of the members on here have a GT4-Z holla at us. only mods on the car are RS*R rear springs and we fitted some 17x9 ET25 alloys - everything else is stock so far - even down to the optional Nismo exhaust finisher short term aims with the car, is to replace the Xanavi Navigation system with standard climate control unit and a replacement up to date double din unit, however the Xanavi unit has the air con controls integrated into the unit itself, the Stagea / Avenir air con control units have a different pinout, and thats what i'm struglling to find so I can make up a patch loom to use standard air con controls Long term goals, I think 280 - 300 bhp would do us fine, the good thing about the GT4-Z is it comes with a Front Mount as standard, so breathing mods, decat, slight increase in boost, a fuel pump upgrade to play it safe and a remap should see that easily enough and I reckon the autobox should cope with it okay,
  19. oil pressure sensor brass adapter snapped. help Hi guys my brass t piece for my oil pressure just snapped and the some of the brass thread is still inside the actual engine oil hole. I have no idea how i'm going to get it out..... what would my options be if i cant get it out ? Has this happened to anyone before? any help or info would be greatly appreciated. its a sr20det engine. 200sx s15
  20. 95 180sx - Sr20det, manual - Clean Hi all,Regretful sale but i need to get rid of all my projects.I have for sale a 1995 Nissan 180sx sr20det manual, 180km (genuine), the car has been owned by the one mature owner for the last 12 years since it has come into the country! Factory airbag and hicas and SUNROOF! no leaks and no annoying wind noise on the highway!The car is stock standard except for a quiet catback exhaust, alloy radiator, lowering springs and decent sound system from 2005 lol!   21. hey guys. i'm prepping to swap a SR20DET into my C33 laurel. The car was a RB20E A/T car. The issue I have is that I got the car with a VQ35 swap. I do not have the original RB20E engine and tranny harness. I do have a S13 SR20DET harness though. Can anybody help a brother out here?

  23. Okay, so i have decided to sell my 180SX, most people like a reason for the sale, and that is that i just need the cash. $8000. It is as follows, not the cleanest one on the market but also not a modded piece of crap Drift Rig with a million dents and scratches. I will picture the bad areas of the car, and list the good aswell It is a 1993 Manual 180SX, running an SR20DET with an s14 T28 Turbo, strong gearbox never heard any sort of crunch at all. There may be a stage 2 clutch put through it i dont remember. I bought it defected and put it through regency first go, because i went through the whole car and did nearly everything i thought they would pick on Includes the Following All seals and gaskets in the motor, minus the head gasket as there was no need including turbo dump gasket, gearbox mount and all swaybar/boots/joint rubbers around the running gear, 4 wheel-wheel alignment about 200ks ago The motor when i bought the car had 55,000 ks on it after a rebuild, but i dont have the papers and that was at 138,000 ks on the car. The car now has 155,000 ks so you do the math on the ks on the motor. The body on the car isn't perfect but it isn't bad either, i can upload more daytime pictures if anyone needs them, and yes the car does come with a steering wheel. The carpet on the drivers side is worn with a bit of a hole but otherwise very clean. I have uploaded pictures of the car with 2 sets of rims, it can come with either set if you choose but the alloy finish ones need tyres, not wear from "burnouts" just wear on the inner side from camber, which was from the skyline in the background, if anyone is interested to, the skyline is for sale aswell, basic info: Non turbo 1995 R33 with 153,000 ks. Got the car 2 years ago mostly stock and have slowly been plugging away at it, from stock body on 15's , to the current state of full kit, and 17's. As she is right now: SR20DET Powered, Tomei 256 cams, Greddy T517Z turbo, tomei exhaust manifold, Greddy intake, Nismo coppermix twin plate clutch, Nismo pressure plate and flywheel. PS-Duce Front and Rear bumper, Origin sideskirts, Origin Front Fenders, D-max trunk spoiler. Work Seeker SX wheels. Nismo 2-way rear differential Safety-21 Cusco Cage Couple other goodies here and there, but yea!
