  3. Hi all, I have a 2002 model Subaru Impreza WRX for sale in WRC blue color. The car runs beautifully and has never given me any sort of grief. This car does not choke on start up or do anything a WRX shouldn't do. It starts up quickly, first time every time. Before I bought this car, I checked out maybe another 6 or 7 WRX's of the same model on the market at the time and this one was by far the cleanest and best running, and I have kept it that way. I already got the RWC done this month on the 14th which is valid for 30 days, so it is still useable until the 14th of April. The Good: - 11 months rego - RWC - WRC blue color - Brant immobilizer from factory, requires a 4-digit pin to start up, not good news for thieves - STi sideskirts - slimline number plates - 3" exhaust and Apex'i panel filter, gives the car that WRX rumble everyone loves - headunit with AUX in, and comes with an amp - brand new tyres all around - still have original owners manual from Subaru - 180xxx on the clock which is very reasonable for a 10yr old car - no oil/fluid leaks - never been in a crash, never been stolen, no finance owing, clean title Message me anytime on 0425 531 332 if you have any questions or want to inspect the car. I guarantee the first person who inspects and drives the car will buy it Located in Tarneit, Melbourne's west Thanks *PRICE DROP* $10,999 *will trade for an s15, must have rego and rwc, must be manual, and have cash my way
  4. Hi all, I have a 2002 model Subaru Impreza WRX for sale in WRC blue color, by far the best factory color for this car. The only modification is a 3" exhaust, apart from that the car is completely stock standard. Good things: - 11 months rego - RWC - WRC blue color - Brant immobilizer from factory, requires a 4-digit pin to start up, not a good thing for thieves - STi sideskirts - slimline number plates - 3" exhaust, gives the car that WRX rumble everyone loves - headunit with AUX in, and comes with an amp - brand new tyres all around - still have original owners manual from Subaru - 180xxx on the clock which is very reasonable for a 10yr old car - never been in a crash, never been stolen, no finance owing, clean title The bad: - honestly the only bad thing I can think of is there is a few minor scratches, nothing major Message me anytime on 0425 531 332 if you have any questions or want to inspect the car. 5. http://www.driven.co.nz/news/motorsport/video-fast-without-fumes-electric-drag-racing-car/?ref=NZHNetwork I think this is awesome - volts vs cubes. This keeps happening and they'll have to get their own category. Any electric projects out there?

  7. 2003 Subaru Impreza WRX hatch For sale I have a 2003 Subaru Impreza WRX hatch. It's a particularly rare car to find these days - one that hasn't been modified and thrashed which is the reason I bought this car. The engine runs beautifully and the car starts first time, every time. The gearbox and clutch are also very good. The interior is in excellent condition with no significant marks. The body is straight but has a few minor scratches and door dings from careless people in carparks, confined mainly to the front bumper and doors. There is minor paint fade to the roof, but all very consistent with an original condition 14-year-old car. As the photos show, overall the car presents neatly. Features: Michelin Primacy HP tyres with ~90% tread all round Alpine head unit Floor mats Headlight protectors Cargo blind I won't be supplying a RWC with this vehicle. If you'd like to organise your own you are most welcome, and in that case I will leave the long registration (until November 2017) on the car. Otherwise, I'm happy to be slightly negotiable on the price of the car and it will be sold without RWC or registration. The personalised number plates will not go with the car. No tyre kickers or joy riders, test drives are at my discretion. If you're interested I will accept a refundable deposit for a test drive with me in the car. 8. 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX - Matte Black - 280KW - $13,990 For sale is ONE OF A KIND Matte Black vinyl wrapped MY06 Subaru WRX!REGO: BKT15NSTATE: NSWTRANSMISSION: 5 SPEED MANUALODOMETER: 138,900PRICE: $13,990 VIN: JF1GDGKD36G048928REGO EXPIRY: APRIL 2017 CONTACT: 0423 392 011 or [email protected]'ve had this car for the last 3 years and has not missed a beat! I drive like a granny, guess that's what happens when you are in your 30s! :-)I live in Zetland, work in the city so I barely drive the car Monday to Fridays. The car is parked on the street, so it normally dirty (and sorta goes with the matte black look!) and I've done only 21,000km since I bought it 3 years ago. The car has 138,900km on the body and around 38,900km on the engine. Not encumbered, no accidents, and welcome any inspections. I've just had the pink slip done and rego is paid till April 2017.THE GOODThe previous owner was a WRC nut and built the car to suit his liking, he even put in a fully functional ROOF SCOOP (great for the hot days! or when you want to put the windows up and still have a breeze) and also makes this car quite unique to all the other WRX's on the market. It also comes with 18 inch gold Oz Racing wheels.THE BEAUTIFULWhen I bought it, I was told it had the following mods (I haven't added any mods over the last 3 years, I like driving, not so much into mods):MSR forged pistonsArgo rodsMSR ported heads264 Kelford camsEL headersCusco Rear diffBlouch 2.5 XTR TurboAir-to-Water cooledPioneer Head unit with bluetooth & MP3 (FHX755BT)Comes with Tactrix dongle and OBD Bluetooth adaptor so you can connect to your phone using OBDII.Three gauges on the dashBoost gaugeI have been told it's producing around 280kw at the wheels, however I've never tested the limits, never tracked the car so I would have no idea if it it's that high or not. Given the mods, it was surprisingly economical on fuel. I do about 350km from 45L of fuel, not bad for city driving! You do get the odd looks from people on the street, however I have never been pulled over in 3 years and everything looks stock standard including the engine bay. A real sleeper THE UGLYA few things to note if you want to view the car (I rather you know now than not!):- Not sure if Air-con is working or not, previous owner said it needed to be re-gassed and I've just lived without it.- No radio - due to the Matte Black vinyl wrap.- Window tint on the rear window is starting to bubble up.- The plastic near the Subaru badge has a small dent, I think it was from a twig on a windy day!! lolTHE PRICEI've priced the car to sell, don't miss out if you are interested! You can call or SMS and feel free to throw in some offers. For any low offers, I'll just laugh and ignore it but thumbs up for the entertainment value THE REASONIf I sell the car, I am looking to buy my friend's car that's newer, but I will miss the beastliness/rawness of this car
  9. 2009 Subaru WRX hatch Hey all, I know this isnt a Skyline, just advertising here as I'm looking to free up some money to get into a skyline track car. I’m the second owner from new. 2009 my10 so it has the high output widebody engine and turbo setup. $15,990 on stock rims $16,990 on the enkies I've included a photo on stock wheels, no front lip, no roof racks and no plasti dip on the intercooler intake. Can be reverted to stock appearance in no time. I'm happy to be upfront, there are a few very minor stone chips, as you'd expect from a daily driven vehicle. I have endless paperwork from the owner’s manual, all services, parts etc. Never been to the track, all mods have been done to make it the car it should have been from the factory. 197awkw VF52 turbo Heavy duty clutch MRT XB upgrade kit installed 3” stainless steel exhaust with high flow cat I've replaced the rear muffler with one that lets out a little more noise. So the car will also come with a 3" rear section that's a little more subdued. MRT Tuned ECU DBA 4000 series slotted rotors up front with performance pads, pads replaced recently. Whiteline suspension bushes Whiteline adjustable rear sway bar Whiteline chassis brace Whiteline diff bush kit Whiteline diff mount kit Whiteline anti lift kit Whiteline tyre rod ends Whiteline lower ball joints Whiteline front adjustable swaybar MRT sports springs Short shifter Front lip professionally rolled rear guards Enkie RS05RR 9.5” not a mark on the rims, yokahama rubber. 12. Gday from WA Gday guys. Not a skyline owner but a fan regardless. Little intro about me. 34 years old, bit of a nerd. Love Astronomy and 4wding. My current car is an imacualte Version VI STi Last year I spent a lot of money on the old girl trying to modernise her performance. I currently did the following Engine: - EJ207 SCD block - Rehoned and cleaned, remachined. - ACL Race bearings - Nitto I beam forged rods - Weisco forged pistons - EJ257 nitrated crank (for 2.13L capacity stroker) - ARP rod bolts and main bolts - 04 WRX rebuilt heads with shimless oversizded valves - Kelford 272 camshafts - OEM Subaru MLS Gaskets - Kelford springs and retainers - Lots of head porting - DW 1000cc injectors and DW billet fuel rails - ARP 625 aged headstuds - ARP case bolts - Vernier cam gears - 11mm oil pump - Blouch dominator 1.5XTR ball bearing turbo @ 22psi - Process west (largest) TMIC - Process west CAI - Ultrex UEL headers, double ceramic coated and wrapped - 3" ultrex up-pipe - BPM 3" TBE - Autronic SM4 ECU with antilag and rotational idle - Ported inlet manifold - upgraded fuel system with aftermarket regulator and braided lines - 600HP fuel pump Driveline - 04 Long ratio STI six speed - Thicker/stronger axles - R180 rear diff - 600HP organic clutch Suspension - Tein coil overs all round - Pretty much the entire whiteline catalogue of suspension accessories. I havnt got many performance figures yet but the car did run the following at the motorplex Elapsed time: 11.628 sec Terminal speed: 123.55 mph 60': 1.785 sec Theres more in it I just need to learn to shift these STI 6 speeds a bit quicker as I find them quite notchy and goofy.

  16. Hey guys, I'm new round here. I'm thinking about buying a car in about 3-6 months these are my options from the research I've done. (20-25K budget and I'm on red P's) 1. A non turbo Skyline. From what I've heard it's not a good idea to turbo it later on. But maybe I can reuse the parts if I get a GTT later on and just swap them in. My concern is also resale value, which r34's seem to be holding on. 2. WRX. Non performance. I don't know how good these will be performance wise but they seem the most liveable. 3. The safest and cheapest option I have is an 86 or BRZ. Probs won't turbo, but I can mod it I guess. Only issue is don't think it's a great car long term and resale is kinda trash from what I've seen. I'm leaning towards the r34, but if anyone has suggestions, would be greatly appreciated!
