got myself some damper adjustable GAB shocks that i'm trying to put into my 32 as we speak and i'm just wondering if the adjustment nob should be facing towards the outside of the car or in towards the diff?

Also these shock are a little higher than the ones i had in there previously amd i'm having a lot of trouble getting the bottom eye into the bolt! Any ideas?

cheers!

1) Isn't the pin the eye mounts on "tapered". That should match the taper in the rubber. But presumably it should face in the direction that makes it easiest to get at to adjust (inwards?)

2) You will have to lever down the swing arm - use a shovel handle or similar as a lever (I usually use a sledgehammer).

You have no choice, the crush tube taper usually means the knob goes inwards.

If you haven't already, disconnect the stabiliser bar

:P cheers :D
