R33 Rear Inner Wheel Well

Featured Replies

My R33 S1 has no rear inner wheel well plastic guard thingy, for deflecting stones and cr4p.

The front inner guards are fully enclosed, no prob there.

I'm assuming it should have it, but mine came without.

The 265's on the back love throwing rocks and cr4p up, and it sounds bad from inside the cabin.

Can anyone confirm that it should indeed have these plastic inner guards at the rear.

I'm assuming they only partially cover the inner guard, probably just behind the rear tyre.

Any pics, or descriptions would be appreciated.

Also, what are they actually called?

And if anyone has spares, let me know.

:whistling:

None on mine, dont think they have them.

They dont have them?

Geeeeeeeeeez !!!

If that's the case, I might make some up. They only have to be high enough to deflect stones, so shouldnt be too hard.

Do you get stones flying up off your rear tyres ?

Sound really bad from inside the cabin.

my one dosen't has either .I can hear the rock it car body too

No wonder i couldnt find any info on it.

You should have it on the drivers side, covering the fuel filler tube. Nothing on the passengers side.

yeah, just checked. there is one right up inside the drivers side rear.

but the rest of the lower inner guard is exposed.

i really thought mine was missing because i just assumed, like most other cars, there would be one for deflecting stones etc.
