Whats the optimal tyre pressure for stock r33 s2 rims/tyres combo?

I dont know how series 2 differ from series 1, I use 38 all round

I put in 36.

Depends what type of tyre your using. Silica compond tyres generally repuire higher pressure. I run 42 psi on my Silica tyres and 38 psi on my non Silica tyres.

MORE if it rains - the extra pressure holds the tread open so it can disperse the water better.

Would that be a similar idea to why Rally cars use thinner tyres for mud sections of rallies?

more weight on thinner tyres pushes through mud, or something along those lines?

I use 38 front and 36 back... got some fairly soft wet weather tyres
