i think my mate has sumthing similiar in his crapadore but he got it as a present from a friend in america. Its basically has an el backlight. I wouldnt get 1 unless your car revs so fast that u havent got time to check the revs on the stock one between gear changes

The only cars I can think of that require a monster Tacho are high reving rotors or older cars without a rev limiter, or any car without a rev limiter and serious drag cars...otherwise there just a big wank IMHO.
