R34 Traction Control Cancellation Circuit!

Recommended Posts

TCS = Traction Control

It's the button just above your left knee when sitting in the drivers seat.

Putting it simply; TCS is a safety system that detects when the front wheels are not spinning at the same speed as the rear wheels (in such instance it cuts the fuel/ignition making you lose power/momentum)

Turning this off enables you to drive a little differently without the car cutting out on you (e.g. burnouts, drifting, violent gear shifting...)

• Awesome for the track, no need to remember to press 'that' button

• Mismatched rims sizes (people who put R34 GTR rims on and find the TCS triggers)

• Upgraded valve bodies, hassle free driving without TCS kicking in every gearshift

• Manuals, chirp gears without losing power between shifts and boost dropping off

while leaving the throttle wide open and actually leaning out the engine.. bit like a rev limiter.

  • 2 weeks later...

I got mine on Friday. Simple and quickly installed.

Works a treat. Start the car and BAM! TCS is off. No more fiddling for the switch as you approach interesting corners bends or taking off at the lights. I can finally sleep better knowing that the car isnt going to want to go limp on impulse.

:laugh:
