The track is actually a public road and cops patrol it all the time coz its speed limit (when races are not on) is 60 kays an hour.

Last time I was there, there wasn't a fixed camera, however this may have changed.

theres no fixed speed camera. usually every few weeks you hear of someone getting clocked doing high speeds (150km/h+). The smarter ppl do a slow lap first to check for other cars/cops.
