Whats This Leak?

hi ppl, excuse the crappy photo's they are from my phone

just wondering what this leak is, hard to make out from the photos, i no that its part of the cooling system and the top hose/nut is used to remove air from the cooling system when u flush it out, but whats the sh!t bubbling/crusting out of the lower hose?

Dried up coolant. First try replacing just the factory clamp with a proper threaded hose clamp. That should fix the leak.
