christmas_gifs_04.gifFINAL TUESDAY NIGHT DINNER BEFORE CHRISTMAS!!! christmas_gifs_09.gif

The final dinner before Christmas will be next Tuesday, 19 December 2006 starting 7pm

It will be held at The Glen, located on the corner of Logan road and Gaskell streets (map below). There is a big car park out the back, and no speed bumps or massive driveways.

The menu (which is very reasonably priced) is listed below so you can take a peek at what they offer, and they do serve alcohol, and very scrumptious cocktails (one of which I had last night – pic below). So come along and join your fellow skyliners for Christmas celebrations and shenanigans! christmas_holiday_graphics_04.gif

Please make sure you RSVP by Tuesday 3pm so I can get them to arrange their tables. There is no need for bill splitting at this place, as you place your order seperately and get a little buzzy thing! Hoorah!

TUESDAY $10.00 Pizzas ($12 for seafood) from 5.30, there really is no better place to be on Tuesdays than The Deck. Stick around and join us for Trivia from 7.30pm, it’s free to enter and there are great prizes to be won including dinner for two in the Garden Grill Restaurant.

Some say they are fine to fit all RBs or even all Nissan, others like a stock GTR oil cap say rb20/25/26 but they won't fit a neo rb25. Is this due to the stock plastic engine cover or is there something else different?
    • Well Coolant pressure increased significantly under + boost.  Enough to bypass rad cap Coolant pressure normal under low load conditions and no overheating. Head off and you can see where it was bypassing the cylinder ring to coolant chamber on both head and gasket. Head cracked tested and serviced, all good. Block was only visually inspected, so please god ...  let that be ok   You could argue that is a Head gasket failure but it was still very much a complete unbroken gasket. So suggests some stretch on the factory head bolts. I know others that have had the same as above and not even taken the head off, just put in studs and  continued on for years.
