hey i have a r33 series 1 NA, and when the car is cold everything is fine until i turn te steering wheel it sounds like something it grinding and it goes after after a while and the cars warmed up..

any ideas what it could be im worried something is going to give way or something??

Cv joints maybe?? but you would hear them all the time not just when its cold.. Can u describe the noise a bit better?

how's your powersteering fluid level? also, what colour is the fluid?

fluids fine nice red colour and full, my mate had a look today and he said that the bearing in the power steering pump are about to shit emselves??? anyway to test this
