i'm after a workshop in brisbane who specializes in differentials (would be better if they are cluey with japanese imports), more so in our r200 diffs.

searched and got:

a diff place next to autobarn in slacks creek, they told me to buy a secondhand one because they had tried a few times on skyline diffs and didn't succeed, I got one from the Panel House for 100 odd, its still good 1 1/2 years later. Have you tried Redline diff oil?

Diff lapping at Kerdon just off Kitchner Road

i'll need to get:

- the crown and pinion swapped over.

- seals?

- get the backlash setup

- will also need to ask if r34 gtt and r33 gtst diffs are interchangable and if any half shaft issues if any? splines?

- approximate costs to get it all swapped over.

any workshops? or anyone that can give me an idea?

Can you post up with how you go? My 2 way is pretty shagged out and is rather close to rebuild time. More good words about a place the better.

Diff lapping have been around longer than me and thats sayin somethin. You dont stay in bus that long by being bad at what you do.

may or may not be calling as soon as i expected.

we are currently trying to source an open diff's driver's half shaft (30 spline) which will fit into this diff. as mine apparently won't fit.
