I'm having some difficulties with a certain import broker and wonder if any one else has had problems with this person or his company (and it is not based in WA). Happy to converse by email or pm or phone.

if you guys are having trouble getting in touch with J-Spec, then its because they've been using the Golden Week holiday in japan (where everything over there almost shuts down) to relocate premises, which means the phones, emails etc might not be answered as quickly. Things should resume regular programming by Monday.

well... that is if your concerns are actually with J-Spec... if not... well... lynch whoever the importer is you're having trouble with
