front end feels wobbly - do the tie rod ends look too leaky? or anything else look suspicious?

Hard to tell, but is there something leaking up in the top right of the picture? a perished or worn bush perhaps?

Tie rod ends dont look the best, run your finger around them and see if you some out of grease out of em.

i think that is oil from changing oil filter.

is there any other way to test the tie rod ends?

Grab the wheel and shake/twist it with the steering lock on to test for play. If there is some play, you should be able to see everything move, but the tie rod not move.
