Turbo Issues

Okay guys, the problem is my turbo works fine, the Arm highlighted in the following picture has worn away and created a ledge that is now grabing, This is allowing the waste gate to jam open and thus makeing my car run like a dog, whith the power of a Ford laser running on 1 cylinder i know powerful hey?

So i rang around and i cant seem to find anyone that sells a service kit to fix the problem, i have been advised by Rajab to replace the whole turbo and computer, but this will cost $5 000, but i will gain alot of power but its not realy what i am after.

I am also undergoing some other problems such as fuel, now i have not been in many skylines so if people have some feedback on what their fuel economy, i live ing wangaratta and the distance to melbourne is (247km) this just about uses a full tank on the open road not thrashing it, in 5th gear at 110km my rpm is 3.2.

Anyone got some idea's i could buy a 2nd hand turbo but who knows how long it will last, if anyone has any ideas or feedback it would be grate thanks.

Yeah I would reckon a second hand turbo...

Or just get a metal worker of some sort to do some grinding...
