De Cams In Det

I'm considering including a new set of cams in my next round of mods...

Just wondering if RB25DE cams will fit in a RB25DET and if there are any performance gains in doing so...

I know that SR20DE cams fit DET and can give good gains... wondering if this is the same for RB's

I know the 25DE cams fit in an RB20DET head.. I'm running them in my 25DE head but had to steal lifters from my RB20 head. I don't see 25DET being different unless the VCT connects to something other than the camgear..

I've heard that this mod in other cars moves the power a bit up the rev range and takes some stress off the engine at high revs. Can anyone confirm this.
