Hks Evc Or Blitz Sdbc Id-3 Boost Controller

i am looking for a good quality ebc - ive heard that the new hks evc is good & the blitz id-3 is also my preference.

if i cannot source a 2nd hand unit any suggestion as to where i can buy a new unit would be appreciated!
