Gtr Cam In A Gts?

GDay All,

does anyone know if one of the GTR cams will fit in the GTS,

I have been given a pair of STD GTR cams and they seem to have alot more lift than the GTS.

Any Help would be great

They are not bolt in, need a fair bit of other stuff

By the time you get them reground to suit the hydraulic lifters, disable the VCT get adjustable camgears to set it up on the dyno it works out cheaper to throw a set of drop in cams at it.

170 for gears

say 200 in dyno time

that still works out cheaper then a set of poncams `

+$200 for the cams in the first place, poncams come up on here regularly for reasonable money, just got to be quick b4 they sell

he says he already has the cams... in which case it works out ok.

i paid 100 for a pair of cams also. which is reasonable.

Apparently I have now been told the GTR exhaust cam fit right in but it only gives a small amount of torque improvment but this is across the rev range

Then chuck it in and prove us all wrong. Is this bcoming from someone who has actually done it, or are they just going off the cam specs?
