Just after some advice, i have a 260Z currently registered in NSW and it's due for a rego inspection, i've only just moved from the ACT so i've never had to do this before.

Has anyone had any personal experience with any workshops that they'd recommend to do the inspection? There's nothing wrong with the car just want to be sure i take it to someone who will look after it.

If it is modified in anyway you will have to take it to Dickson and they almost always fail you on something...

so its currently got nsw registration?

Not sure where you are so i cant really advise anything close or what not, how ever for a pink slip all they check is your lights are working, that your tyres are safe, that your engine and vin match and then do a brake test, takes about 15-20 mins

If in Canberra, take it to Craig Hall mechanics in Phillip (woden). No one in Canberra really knows Zs, but these guys are good and i know them well enough to know they wont screw you, they are fair. They do good work if something needs fixing.

Moving to Burra, so close to Queanbeyan. The car was bought in NSW so it just needs an inspection (however the Skyline is a different story )

No modifications to speak of, should be entirely stock.

I know there isn't anything to the inspection just wanted to know who people would recommend. Will Craig Hall do the rego inspection though? That's all i'm really after, AutoTech did the last service.
