Doing a 30/25 build atm, was just wondering whether it would be worth it to get a vrs kit for an RB25? What actually comes in vrs kits? Was thinking i might be better off just getting front and rear main seal, intake, exhaust, cam covers, head gasket and thats it?

not 100% sure for the rb25, but rb26 comes with

head gasket

rocker gaskets

cam and oil pump seals (3x all the same)

valve stem seals

inlet manifolds

exhaust manifolds.

which is 99% useless, and missing the important ones like rear main seal, oil pump gasket. the acl gasket kit is much better if you need a metal gasket in the size they supply. good price too

I got the ACL race series gasket kit today, has EVERYTHING all turbo seals, copper washers, main seals the works.

Was for the RB26, pricey though just over 540 ish i think.

for comparison SR20 was 290.
