i jst changed my gearbox mount on my r32 gtr to a nismo one as the old one was worn, so much that the new one raised the gearbox a couple of centimetres higher than where it was sitting before, since the new install the car has been a bit funny, when your driving it is not as smooth as before ,ie feels like the whole care is vibrating more, and the cabin noise it higher from the engine running, also the turbos whistle on boost, and they didnt before,whats happened?

thats abit odd. i hope your turbo bolts havent come loose...

also it will feel harsher. youve gone from jelly to hard rubber. lots more harshness.

would new engine mounts help the engine vibration or make it worse?

stiffer ones will.

stiffer engine mounts transmit more noise and vibration from the motor. its normally hard to pick though, the nismo ones aren't *that* hard
