I had a braided clutch line isntalled when i got my clutch done and the workshop gave this back to me.

what is it and should it have been removed if i had a braided clutch line installed?

its a junction box with seperate bleeding point, not sure if they SHOULD have taken it out, but i know i would if i got a complete braided clutch hose from master to slave!

If it was a fairly longish clutch line then yes, it was supose to be taken out

Yes it should have been removed. That box is nothing but trouble

Thanks for the reply guys, when they gave it back i was abit :S about it but i went out and can see where the new line is.

never really understood the purpose of the box and extra line, unless it is some sort of half arsed cooler

I have heard it has some kind of dampening affect due to the increase in the diameter of the line.

Clutch always feels better when its gone!!
