Viper Pager Alarms

Hi guys, im lookin at gettin a new viper pager alarm for my r32 gtst. anyone got any experience with these and know if they are any good??

I ended up getting the new viper 5900. cost me $1049 fitted. a lil pricey but im happy with it.

nope. its simply an alarm that is worthy of use in a sports car. its encased in a steel box for a start and it doesn't fit under a dash, nor can any 'installer' fit the thing.

Man truly.. im really tempted to come down to Brisbane to get some security installed on the R34, unless you can recommend who will be able to do a perfect job like you man.

Too late sorry - ended up ordering 3 from the US for a price that I am thinking will be closer to that of a single remote in the country.

Took a bit of searching around to work out the whole DEI = Viper / Python / Valet / Hornet. My remote has Viper stamped on it but turns out its a "Valet" badged alarm...

got mine from autobarn in adelaide. iv looked on the viper website, they say that new remotes are about $80 each. personally i think that the alarms should come with 2 remotes anyway. but yea....$80.

does a new pager remote have to be coded or something?
