whats the differents between the V3 and V4. So does it need to be wired up for a r33

Not sure on the exact difference apart from the fact that its older.

You can upgrade the V3 to V4 software AFAIK, and you can have a plug n play loom made up for around 200. Thats what it was going to cost to have it wired for a CA 180SX when we enquired.
