Just A Quick Question .. About Bov

Hey guys..

Im just about to block my bov for the "flutter" noise. Just to confirm all i need to do is disconnect my bov , cut a piece of coke can to fit the shape of the bov, and then put some gasket glue on and then screw it back on?

Do i need to use a double layer of coke can sheet because it is very thin?
