there are benefits but on a large setup not so much on a small one as per crd im useing one on mine when the engine is freshen up.

i have one but never fitted it, the japanese instructions put me off,they seemed to say to use different timming marks?can anybody please translate?excelent quality product,just the fact that the standard vct gear is actually adjustable as standard on series one engine anyway,just you have loads of work to do it. interested in this subject more knoledge please!

i fitted the inlet adj pulley fine and still havent diled in the poncams,there just in the standard position

standard vct pulley has slotted bolt holes anyway . just get this
