Reverse Lights Stay On All The Time..... Helppppppp

first thing that happend was my dash lights would only turn on wen id push the breaks then the tail light fuse blew. changed it worked fine for a day, blew again. i changed it again today and now the tail lights work, dash lights work but wen ever i turn on the lights on, the reverse lights are always on® is always on, on the dash even wen in park so (P) and ® will be on at the same time... a lil help?

1 thing i would check is the alternator with a multimeter. i've heard of funny things happening with lights when the voltage regulator stuffs up and starts to over charge the battery.

actually i would have a look at the reverse switch on the side of the gearbox. Take the plug off and short the wires to see if the light goes on and off
