Server Issues Should Be Resolved

The server had a bit of a hiccup this morning, the following issues *should* be resolved (post here if you are still getting issues)

1. Email Notifications
   
2. Empty topics
   
3. unable to post reply
   

Currently the homepage is still throwing errors, still working on that.

cant get on the home page at all and still finding empty topics

Yep, home page is disabled till I have time to fix it.

Threads created during the broken period will be empty and still visible, just keep an eye out for any that are empty and created after midday today.
