Need help buying a moving van :)

i'm lookin into buying a moving van, i thought that u guys might know abit more than me. anyways i'm looking to buy something for around 3k or so, lesser the better, but at the same time it must be in good condition and running well.

some questions:

whats the advantage of deisel over petrol?

I was going to look for vans that use lpg, my question is how much more economy do you get cause lpg is like half the price of normal petrol.

whats the best i can expect for about 3k?

whats the insurance on these things and how does it work with respect to owning a company. i was told i should lease it so i can claim more expenses. is it possible for you to buy and then have it on paperwork that you're leasing?
