Um... 3mm I think. It's thick and stiff but still needed the supports. Would love to make one out of CF cos this one is so heavy!

I think it definitely made a difference. Does it feel different? dunno... Lap times speak for themselves. 3.9 sec quicker than last year at WTAC. That was a combination of aero, power, less weight.

What I did notice was that even though I had heaps of understeer on low speed corners, high speed corners it felt very planted and not a hint of understeer...

It worked on my car as well. Mine is also 3mm ally and its too heavy for my liking. I'm looking into different materials to try and save some weight.

Have you guys considered alumalite? I noticed a few cars at WTAC used the stuff for the complete flat floor/front splitter.
