Help-R32 Gts-T Fuel Pump Problem

hey all

having problems with my 32gtst

sometimes it starts and other times it wont

when it does i start i can hear the pump prime up before it starts

when it doesnt i cant hear the pump start

anyone know of or had this problem?

thinking it the fuel pump relay or somethin?????????????

Sounds like the pump, does it start if you hit the tank where the pump is?

na man i pulled the pump out today n ran it off a 12v batt n it was sweet, im no auto eleco but it seemed to run fine

Bad connection on the relay or fuse you installed?

not sure, its just the stock pump

anyone know where the relay is located ?

gettin frustrated with it lol

Relay is in the boot between the two tail lights, behind the grey trim panel

hey thanks i swapped my pump 4 another stock one n changed that relay between the rear tail lights and now it starts every time..........thanks

What a waste. Now u dont know whther it was the relay or the pump.

yeah sorry mate it was the pump, i put the new pump in before i swapped the relay over n that fixed it,

so i thought while i had most of the trim out of the boot i may aswell swap the relay 4 a brand new one.
