hey mate, this AFR gauge include the sensor?

Its a narrow band not wide band. Uses stock sensor.

so does it give any specific values or just indicate the general range?

also is it very easy to wire up to the O2 sensor?

General range would be more the go. Its can fluctuate a fair bit at times. Easy enough. One wire, just hard to solder to the wire.
