so do you mean it is not engineered for the rb25? What was the defect for if it is plated for the 25?

There is no engineers certificate for the RB25.

Also all cylinders were compression tested, results varied between 150-160.

Judging by the plates on the firwall this car has previously been complied with the rb20det?

If so that would mean if someone wanted to go to the trouble of installing an rb20det and any other stock parts needed they could get it road registered, or is there something else that will prevent that?

Is there only a canary on it or full epa?

Probably get more interest if you clarified this.
