Rb26 Lag - Compression?

Recommended Posts

If the compression is within 5% per cylinder then don't worry about the actual number (unless its under 100 or something extreme), it is almost certainly fine.

Lag could be poor boost control (line leaking), N1 turbos, leak somewhere. Can you get a graph of boost vs rpm? that often shows the issue.

they are defently not n1s, i do have a graph somewhere but i cant find it at the moment, it starts making boost around where it should and is a dead straight line right up to the 5500-6000 rpm range, i will try find the dyno sheet

I think you have one lazy turbo. One is overboosting to compensate, Best way to check it would be using two boost gauges one on each turbo and see whichone is boosting

They are both connected, they will read the same pressure surely?
