Buying New Low Beam, High Beam And Foglight Globes R33?

Ey guys as stated in the topic title i am in the mood to get rid of my dull globes in my foglights, low beams and high beams, what wattage and what types of globes need to be used for the low beams, high beams and also foglights??

foglights h3 55w

although you could probably get away with 100w anyways.
