I'm wondering for those that dabbled in SRs on your r32-HCRs - what you did about the speedometer issue. I know that's kind of vague, but those who did this swap will know what i'm talking about (using the SR tranny)

You bet. I'd prefer not to have to switch out clusters and such if i can.

Can't you swap it with a CA18 speedo?

a Mk. 2 Jaycar speed-o corrector kit made my R31 gearbox+speed sender work with my R33 dash... might be worth a shot?

the r31 speed sender would not drive the speed-o, using the kit to change the signal to a 2v AC signal and then correcting it by around 40% to calibrate it worked fine.
