Although the 60' and 1/4 MPH inputs might not apply accurately to AWD turbo cars (more NA and dedicted drag cars)

sky30, I would suggest that you will require approx. 430-350rwkw with a 1.5 60' with 6.25-6.3 1/8 mile ET to equate to a 9.9 sec 1/4 mile ET

Hoping to make another 30kw so mite be getting close to enough power needed.

I have played around on thise calculators with some if my previous cars which i raced on 1/4mile ( back when sa had one) and they always show slower 1/4 for any given 1/8 time. Think they are based on v8 n/a cars. Turbos having more topend may be slightly faster.

It is interesting that Mr Hodgson (2Rismo) ran a 10.5(ish) at 135(ish) with 330rwkws in his 33 GTS-t, tis an auto with a bigish converter though

hopefully he will pop his head in with a half track time.

Auto makes a massive difference. As does weight.

auto should have less trap speed but a better ET (in a perfect world)

and 100kgs should only mean a couple of tenths at best

which is why it interests me

Although with that should of power most guys would be pulling 4th in a GTR at around the 1000ft mark yes?

i went 10.9@129mph with 418kw, only a 1.7 60ft tho in my r33 gtr

was still 3rd gear at bout 9000rpm crossing the line with os giken box

129 mph is low fir 418kw. Would sugest dyno reads a bit out.

hence why rwkw's should be used as a guide...MPH should also be a consideration.
