I know what you mean, it gets thrown at everyone lol. I was merely trying to say the lifts/frequency and sets are the same as starting strength so why not try and run a proven program instead of 'mixing it up'. That's not to say you can't achieve the same goals with another program, just make sure that you increase the weight everytime
