R33 For Sale

Recommended Posts

Over $15000 worth of work/extras, including

Link fully programmable ECU plus MAC boost solenoid and all associated pipe work, sensors etc. professionally installed by a top work shop and lovingly tuned on there dyno to ring out every ounce of power and torque from every rpm. its currently set up for everyday use and is running for only standard boost of seven psi, but with the ecu controlling boost, it comes on pretty well from idle and has use able boost and torque instantly and a flat torque curve all the way to red line. the throttle response is incredible, more like v8 torque allowing the back to be stepped out at will with a breath of throttle. this car is seariously fast. its not a standard car with some chinese ebay add ons done by someones cousin in his back yard. this car will make you smile everytime you drive it, with the power available from so early in the reve range and all the way to red line. the car is running totally unstressed, so far bellow its full potential, that it will run reliably as is for years to come. it has a mile of potential if you want to amp it up to a insane level on the future.

it has a large all alloy front mount intercooler, professionally manufactured alloy racing radiator, three intch pod filter and custom pipe work plus a uas fiber glass air box, makes pod filter legal fully adjustable racing suspension kit, again, not cheap chinese crap and again, professionally set up at a cost of over, $3000! damper rate and high infinately adjustable on all four corners of the car. again, currently set up for everyday road use (relatively high and soft) but easily adjustable for race or rock hard for drift. it has a full mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust system. the wheels are light weight deep dish 20inch alloys with near new tyres (again, not cheap crap, cost well over $3000). the stereo has been upgrated to a clarion double din dvd system with fusion digital amp, sub and splits. full body kit, heaps of other parts replaced or rebuilt including the hicas system (four wheel steering). and the climate control air conditioning (so the a/c is ice cold!).

any inspection welcome, but genuine buyers only please.

Hate to try to put any discredit or whatever on here. Just having a hard time seeing 15k being an achievable figure.

If you're going to try to go to great length to tell people it is spotless inside and out have decent shots to prove this.

Same goes with the tuning side, post dyno results or figures.

Good luck with the sale anyhow!

    • Lifters (solid vs hydro) do not affect VCT. For cams, just contact Kelford in New Zealand and tell them what you want to do with the engine and that it is a solid converted 25. They'll know what to give you. FWIW... you can probably use any cam with either hydro or solids at that power level. By "any cam" I mean, there probably isn't a particular reason for the profile to be much different between the two.
    • Hello from Germany,   i build my RB25DET Series 2 -> Target 600hp i have now ordered solid lifters from Tomei for the cylinder head and will replace the original hydraulic lifters. Which cams can you recommend ? It is only a street car.... Maybe i order a Garrett GTW38 or something like that.   and what is with the VCT ? is it blocked with the solid lifters ?   Attention is a RB25DET with solid lifters!   Thank you for your help
    • Diff arrived from Japan last week.  Nismo gt pro 1.5way for gtr. Still deciding whether to use 4.11 or 3.9 gears before installing.  Spent some time yesterday going over what's needed to finish engine bay fuel lines. Got a list so will order soon. Played with radiator placement and decided on stock location with bottom spaced a bit for a small amount of angle. So ordered standard mounts and rubbers. Reason for this is the 180sx was a pain to work on any of the coolers and was also going to take longer to fabricate mounts. Today made a bracket to mount the dbw throttle pedal. Factory location wasn't great to work with the pedal box. Luckily there's a rail that pedal box mounts too so did some measuring, drew up a design and got stuck in.  It's made of 3mm aluminium and has a lot of strength just need some bolts, washers and nuts to finish up.   If I get time tomorrow I'll pull the front bar and lights to start intercooler mounting, it will be flipped under the rad support which will require some trimming.
