Rb20Det Water Block On Front Of Intake Manifold

could someone tell me where all the ports on the water block/pcv that sits at the front of the intake manifold go.

it has 3 water and 1 pcv to goto the intake rocker cover.

i'm assuming one goes to the throttle body and the other goes into the bottom of the intake manifold by the head/injectors.
