Deleting "my Content" Threads?

Hey all just wondering if anyone knows if its possible to delete threads from my "my content" section mines pretty flooded with stuff that i dont really care about anymore...any info would be awesome

Your Content is simply showing what you've posted over the forum, most recent.

And we do not delete posts/threads unless there is a really good reason.

So ye, not going anywhere.
