Wondered where you got a T88 kit to sell... The PT6262 should get this thing moving along nicely!

Seems most of the car is already sorted in the crucial areas, good pickup!

How long did you have to look for an R32 in good nic with fruit?

I was lucky, Denzo from JPC purchased this a while ago in Japan, it was just sitting there waiting to be shipped and my mate Rob who works there kept on going on about how mint it was going to be!

Once I got a decent look at it I just couldn't help myself. I had no intention of buying a GTR but the condition it is in (those 44,000kms is genuine), the mods it has and price I couldn't help myself :)

This should answer your questions...

Motor was pulled and "fixes" to the oil control/oil pump issues that come standard with RB26's were installed (plus a few other maintenance things). With the sump off it showed very clean but standard internals.

New OEM Nissan water pump

New OEM Nissan timing belt

New tensioner and idler bearings

Reimax oil pump gears for OEM pump

T88 with a stock bottom end!

it would be interesting to know how much boost it was running, really the stock 26 engine is quite a tuff bit of gear hey.

Keep the T88, go E85 and give it 1/6bar. You cant beat Trust goodness!

That was with E85 haha... Would have gone well over 700hp with more boost but it's only got a single 044 which would have run out of flow and it's a stock motor after all!

I took it to Barbagallo the other night for a thrash on street tyres and the T88 is average at best. Was mashing full throttle before the apex and still not getting gate till I was well and truly around the corner ;)

The T88 would be great for built motor and straight line speed but that's not really my thing.
