Please Tide Up My Car!

I just stumbled upon this place when searching for "how to remove dirt from car" on google

Anyway, so there is two pictures I'd like to get cleaned up on some dirt from the roads (the car color is white)

And I tried the Spot healing tool, but it doesnt want to do what I want it to do really...

Im using Photoshop CS6, any ideas how I easilly can get the original white color on the dirt too, without it looking stupid?
