When you change em, cleans all that black carbon crap out. car runs heaps better. :-)

I put a can of the Nulon upper engine cleaner thru the R31... Loved it!

Yet to do the 4door but it will be interesting.

Got back and discovered i was down on Oil by quite a bit.... Shit. Topped back up and all good.

I head that stuff is awesome. Apparently there is a bolt you undo on the ej20's and put it in there to give it a clean.
