African Cannibal Fish

Found in Canals around Kingscliff near the NSW QLD border.

These can hugely affect biodiversity.

How do you or would you kill them?

they taste pretty good.

but they're not cannibalistic per se. The level of parental care is quite high.

Went to Tetsuya's Restaurant last Sat. Whilst chatting with him, he mentioned that it was really not that difficult to slice the poison glands out of the Fugu Puffer Fish.

I hope he never gets Parkinson's...
