Turbo blown?

Hey guys driving happily as i always do when im in my r33 gtst and all of a sudden car losses power and suddenly revs by itself from 0000rpm to 1200rpm turbo spooling still but now sound like a hyperactive whippersnipper wtf have i done to her litterally in tears right now... looked over intercooler piping and nothing but noticed oil around plenum any one with ideas??

Sounds like an intake hose popped off.

Turned out plenum gasket gave out replaced it and now back to driving perfectly thankyou guys for input
