Staggered Look

To achieve a 'staggered' look, whats the best way to go without compromising the rolling diameter?

I am thinking 'slimmer' tyres and smaller front rim? e.g. 18 rear and 17 front on my V36 Skyline Sedan? (See below). Now running 18's all round.

Appreciate your thoughts...

What are you trying to achieve? Is it just for looks?

Different diameter is a strange option... Why is this something you'd consider?

Are the 18s affecting your Speedo?

Tnx for reply...Yeah Prank, I like the look, just got rid of my 350 Z with 10' and 8's...

Just a thought re the rim dia change?...I dont know what occurs to speedo if just fronts are not correct rolling diametre.

Dead stock on 18's is 245/45 and 225/50 front.+ 0.7 % diff.

20in rears and 15in fronts should get you the look you want (not sure why you want it!).

I guess I should just go wider at the rear (new rims) and narrower at the front really, while keeping the rolling diameters correct... say 10 " rear and 8 " front ...or even just what is on the 'SP' version...245/45 and 225/50 ?

Just use two boot spacesaver spares at the front.....job done!!!!
