Redlining? Bad?

Hey guys, i own a R34 Skyline NA 

i always up shift around 4k revs but when i accidentally hit 6k it kinda makes me feel shit. is that bad for my car? 

i am quite new to the car scene so i dont know much. but i am learning, thanks to you guys  

Does my 1998 Manual R34 have a rev limiter? and is it bad to hit 9k (Redline) ? and how bad is it? if i switch at 9k do you think my block will give up?

If the engine breaks by hitting the rev limiter it was a shit engine and you didn't want it.

 

 

YOur won't be pulling 9000rpm.

 

Hit the limiter. Have fun.
